1) Height: Average height must be too different from my height (175cm).
2) Cost for Basic Living Standard: The cost for Renting, Food, Health, Transportation, and other costs should be lower than my passive income (1,000 USD).
3) Safety: Politically safety with low criminal rank.
4) Visa-friendly: 3-6 months or tourist visas without hassle.
5) Digital Infrastructure: With reliable internet and digital banking.
6) Community: Basic English availability and the ease to connect with locals.
